Our Leather Guarantee
We guarantee that all our bags and accessories are made of genuine leather. The leather may display natural marks and characteristics such as healed scars, grain variation, creases, growth marks etc. These are natural, and deemed by many, desirable features which demonstrate the individuality of the hide and will not affect the durability of the bag or accessory in any way. As each hide is unique, natural markings vary from hide to hide resulting in some leathers with no markings and others with some.
Order Confirmation
After you have paid for your bag or accessory through our shopping cart we will send you a detailed email of your order within a few minutes. The order details will also be stored in your own account which you can view at any time when you log in.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days from payment receipt.Out of Stock/Pre-Order Pieces
It will say on the description of the item if it needs to be pre-ordered or is not in stock. Please email us if there are any items you would like that are not in stock or need to be pre-ordered and we can inform you of how to proceed and timescales for delivery.
